Dear Mr Roberts,
Thank you for your request of 27^th June 2013 in which you asked for
information about attendance at the Bullfinch trial and about staff who
had been sacked or disciplined in the Children, Education and Families
directorate since November 2011.
Taking each of your points in turn:
1. How many times did Jim Leivers and Joanna Simons attend the
Bullfinch trial?
Jim Leivers and Joanna Simons both attended the Bullfinch Trial on two
occasions.
2. How many people have you:
a) Sacked
b) Disciplined
In the Children, Education and Families directorate since November 2011?
a) There have been 3 Dismissals in the Children, Education and Families
directorate since November 2011.
b) There have been 35 Disciplinary cases in the Children, Education and
Families directorate since November 2011.
These figures have been obtained through consideration of the Children,
Education and Families directorate as a whole which includes Education,
Early Intervention and Children's social care services.
