We received your request for information on November 3^rd 2020 and have
treated it as a request for information under section 1 (1) of the Act.

requested is categorised as information that is exempt as its disclosure

Any documents submitted as part of a planning application will be made
publicly available on the Council's Planning Portal following validation
of an application, but at this stage the documents associated with the
crematorium remain commercially confidential.
