Building of Crematorium Woodhatch, Reigate
Dear Reigate and Banstead Borough Council,
Having been in recent contact with a team of highly qualified specialists - field surveyors, engineers, planners and designers, architects and construction consultants in the field of crematoria construction, they advise there a number schedules of studies, reports and assessments that are typically required for a new crematoria development.
With this in mind and understanding the impact on the local residents, it would useful the following be made available to the general public.
Please can the following be published:
1. Preliminary Ecological Appraisal
2. Highways Consultation
3. Transport Assessment
4. Traffic Surveys
5. Planning Policy Statement
6. Needs Policy Statement
7. Sustainability Statement
8. Design and Access Statement
9. Public Rights of Access Statement
Notwithstanding the recent online consultation (29th October), little or no detail was provided insofar as, for example, the Needs Policy Statement.
Yours faithfully,
Mr M P Hay

Dear Reigate and Banstead Borough Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Reigate and Banstead Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Building of Crematorium Woodhatch, Reigate'.
You have respectfully stated there to be information requested that is exempt from disclosure which I fully understood may well have been the case. But to reject all 9 items surprises me.
I would be happy to accept redacted versions of the documents requested and if there is a cost attributed to this, I would be prepared to pay.
Therefore I request an internal review to this refusal
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/b...
Yours faithfully,
Mr M P Hay
