I would like to enquire how Plymouth Uni procures sub-contractors for building management for BMS, how much a year they spend and also who is their current provider for maintenance.

Who is your current BMS provider?
Which portal/frameworks do you use for tending BMS maintenance?
What is the budget that you have allocated for the next financial year for BMS?
How much have you spent on BMS maintenance, how much did you spend on capital expenditure and how much did you spend on BMS operational?
