The request was partially successful.

Dear Thames Water,
I have over the last 2 years approached you on the above subject. Each time, either by phone or email I wanted clarity on building a new build, detached 3 Storey building directly over a grade 3 800mm public sewer that drains towards my house. Each time you have replied that this “would not be allowed” by the Thames Water and The Building Regulation standards for fear of damage to such an important structure and subsequent effluent leakage to neighboring households. I have been informed that Thanes Water has agreed a build over of exactly the above on the land adjacent to No 15 Drayton Road, Leytonstone, E11. I now request , under the Freedom if Information.
Act 2000, a copy of that build Over agreement as I am now extremely concerned for my property, neighboring property and the environment about the risk to Health of leakage of foul effluent.

Yours faithfully
