Dear Nic

Thank you for your email of 15 September 2014 requesting information about
Budgets.

From our preliminary assessment, it is clear that we will not be able to
answer your request without further clarification.

In order to process your request, we require further information below in
order to identify and locate the information you have asked for:

1. Your questions are numbered 1 to 8, but there is no number 5 listed -
has this been lost or is this a typo error in your numbering?

2. Staff Development - can you please be more specific as to what type of
staff development it is you are referring to in questions 1 to 3?

3. External Consultancy - can you please be more specific as to what type
of external consultancy you are referring to in questions 6 to 8?

Once you have clarified your request, I will be able to begin to process
your request.  If I do not receive clarification within 90 days of this
letter, your request will be considered to have lapsed. This is because
under section 1(3) of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), a public
authority need not comply with a request unless any further information
reasonably required to locate the information is supplied.

Please remember to quote the reference number above in any future
communications.

Yours sincerely
