Dear Ms Nicholson

Further to your Information request FOI66665 please find your questions
and our responses below:

1/ Where elective home education currently sits in your authority

In service unit Education, Strategy and Commissioning

2/ Which line in the s251 table included an allocation for elective home
education services in a/ 2013-14 and b/ 2014-15

Costs in relation to Home Education Services are not separately budgeted
for within our base budget. Instead, the team which is responsible for
Home Education Services has their costs allocated over a number of S251
lines:

a) 2013/14 = 1.2.1 - Top Up for schools & PRUs, 1.2.4 - Other Alternative
Provision, and 1.2.6 - Inclusion

b) 2014/15 = 1.2.1 - Top Up for schools & PRUs, 1.2.7 - Other Alternative
Provision.

3/ What is the budget sum allocated to elective home education services
for the current year

As Per Question 2, our budget is not broken down to the level of
specificity of "Elective Home Education Services".

4/ What is the forward budget sum allocated to elective home education
services for the next financial year

This has not been set.
