In response to your questions:

Elective home education sits within the Inclusion Team which is included
within CEF1-41 Schools & Learning within the Children's Education &
Families Directorate.

2/ Which line in the s251 table included an allocation for elective home
education services in a/ 2013-14 and b/ 2014-15

3/ What is the budget sum allocated to elective home education services
for the current year

Gross Budget of £84,667

4/ What is the forward budget sum allocated to elective home education
services for the next financial year

The budget build for 2015/2016 has not yet begun so I am unable to answer
