Dear Bobby,

In response to your Freedom of Information request -

'What are the budgets for each of the schools that have become academies
since Sept 2010? by Local Authority',

The YPLA do not hold copies of the Schools budgets but are able to supply
funding information which will contribute to them as set out in the
attached spreadsheet. The following may help explain the information
contained within the spreadsheet:;

* This is the total General Annual Grant figure for the Academic year
2010/11. Please note that the figure is for the remainder of the
Academic Year following the conversion date, so for many it is a part
year figure;
* The figure is made up of a number of elements, including the School
Budget Share and the Local Authority Spend Equivalent Grant (which is
for Academies to procure services formerly offered by the Local
Authority)
* Academy budgets can change in year, for a variety of reasons. These
figures are correct as of 24 May 2011.

I hope this helpful,

Mike Davies
