Dear Buckinghamshire Council,

Thank you for your response, which includes the consultation outcomes for two of the financial years requested. Does that mean no consultation was done in the others?

With regards to the budget information, I did not ask what was changed as a result of the consultation. I only asked the budget breakdown prior to the consultation ("proposed", which is included in the 21/22 file only) and the actual budget breakdown implemented for that financial year. I believe that that information should be available?

Thank you very much in advance,
Frank

Freedom of Information, Buckinghamshire Council

Good morning

Please note that on 1 April 2020, the new Buckinghamshire Council replaced the five former councils in Buckinghamshire (Aylesbury Vale District Council, Buckinghamshire County Council, Chiltern District Council, South Bucks District Council and Wycombe District Council).  Buckinghamshire Council did not exist prior to this, and so we do not hold any further information for budget consuatations for the new authority.

Can you please state what additional information you would like us to provide in respect of the budgets for 20/21 and 21/22 and I can return to the service to see if anything else is held additionally to this.

If you have any queries about this letter, please contact me.  Please remember to quote the reference number provided in the subject line of this email in any future communications.

Dear Amy,

Thank you for clarifying why data prior to 20/21 may not be available in the same way. Let's stick to 20/21 and 21/22 budget information.

In that case:
- please provide the proposed budget allocation for FY 20/21 as of 24/10/2019 and the final accepted budget as of 01/04/2020.
- please provide the proposed budget allocation for FY 21/22 as of 01/10/2020 and the final accepted budget as of 01/04/2021.

I hope this helps in finding the information on your end.

Yours sincerely,
Frank
