I would like a breakdown of that makes up the estimated £9.8m increase under the "
Financial and non-departmental costs" heading.

What ever source that maybe from I believe it covered loans and wages, if not I apologise.

Please provide a full break down on the extra £9.8m in the "Financial and
non-departmental costs" from 2021 to 2022.

 

Please provide details of any new loans being repaid, and reasons for the
original loan.

 

Clarity was sought and the requester advised as follows:
I would like a breakdown of what makes up the estimated £9.8m increase
under the "Financial and non-departmental costs" heading.  Whatever source
that may be from-  I believe it covered loans and wages, if not I
apologise. So just general breakdown of the increase by department
,scheme, etc. to show how that figure of £9.8m has been estimated.

reduction in historic loan debt charges

Information on debt is included within the quarterly treasury management
reports that are presented at audit committee, the latest of which can be

The report includes information on new loans that have been taken out
during the year along with the amount of debt repaid. The report also
summarises the three principle influences of cash demand. While the
principle influences inform as and when new debt is to be taken out, the
underlying reason for all loans is to fund the capital programme.
