Good Afternoon,

Reference your FOI request

Please can you clarify which option you would prefer the information to be provided on:

For 999 calls there is the option of :

A) Using 'events' which would include all incidents presented to the CAD which includes duplicates, cancelled and HCP. These can be linked to Bucks and Oxfordshire.

B) Using 999 Emergency calls - these would be all 999 calls presented by BT including cancelled (i.e. calls offered). However we have no way to identify the origin of call as we operate a virtual network so this would be for all of SCAS and not Bucks and Oxon.

For 111 we can only identify calls offered (not 'events' as above).

Once we have confirmation of preferred option we will progress your request.

Many thanks,

Kind regards
