Deaf people prefer to use British Sign Language interpreters over the phone but often denied by your body said must use Textdirect service.

1. Deaf people who need to access to BSL. Textdirect Service is based on English conversation using machine. How can your service make them accessible into BSL format?
2. Staff often use Data Protection Act but lack understanding deaf people need BSL access? How can your service make sure that BSL signers use BSL access to your services using BSL interpreters?
3. How can BSL interpreters can be registered under your services to allow Deaf users to use BSL interpreters?
4. Do you have any written policy or procedures or guidance that we can have look about deaf people accessing your service using BSL interpreters?
