Dear Mr Hodges,
Re: Freedom of Information Act Request ref: LBH/8607119
I have, belatedly, received your FOI request which unfortunately got lost in our systems so I would like to start by apologising for the delay you have experienced in waiting for a reply to your enquiry.
I appreciate this request is now several months out of date and that circumstances around the NFL have moved on. With this in mind, please can I check if you would still like this FOI completed?
With best wishes
Zoe

Dear Mr Hodges,
Re: Freedom of Information Act Request ref: LBH/8607119
Thank you for your request for information received on 08 April 2019, in
which you asked for correspondence relating to previous and current
applications to stage events in the park and park rental between Zoe
Robertson and the NFL and Wassermans since April 2018 to date of response.
I apologise for the delay you have experienced in receiving this.
Please see attached the relevant correspondence. Please note, where an
email forms a trail, I’ve included the top email only. For compliance with
data protection, where emails contain external email addresses or
telephone numbers I have marked this as ‘redacted’.
Section 43 of the Freedom of Information Act allows us to withhold
information if to provide it would be likely to prejudice the commercial
interests of any person and it is in the public interest to withhold the
information. In some instances we think that to disclose some of the
information requested would prejudice the commercial interests of NFL and
Wassermans. We do not believe it would be in the public interest for this
information to be placed in the public domain because it is commercially
sensitive. This constitutes a formal refusal to provide this information,
as required under the Freedom of Information Act.
If you are unhappy with how we have responded to your request you can ask
us to conduct an Internal Review. If so, please contact the Feedback and
Information Team as below. (Please note you should do this within two
months of receiving this response.)
