Dear Post Office Limited,

This is regarding Training workbook issued internally to Post Office staff at Wolstanton branch ST5 0BJ on or around 14th March 2021.

I was provided access to Post Office's internal Document titled "Biometric Residence Permit Secure Collection Service Training Workbook", doc ref#443988_secure collection service_A4_v5.indd, dated 28-09-2017 when I went for BRP collection at Wolstanton ST5 0BJ branch on 19th March 2021.

Majority content of this document were noted to be misaligned with and contradictory to information available to customers and for general public access on Post Office Limited website, which in turn refers to Home Office website (GOV dot UK).

Please provide
1. Copy of a full set, i.e., complete document, of aforementioned training workbook on "Biometric Residence Permit Secure Collection Service" that was issued internally to your staff at Wolstanton branch in the month of March 2021.

2. Please also provide total number of Post Office limited staff who underwent this training, alongwith list of branches where training, based on this document, has been imparted.
