BRP production/delivery timeframes and the process when there is a delayed delivery of BRP

Dear Home Office,

I would like to ask what is the maximum timeframe for production/delivery of the BRP card for ECAA Turkish Worker applications in 2020 and what is the process if there is a delay in the delivery of the BRP card.

After submitting the online form that "my BRP hasn't arrived" and the second one as "20 day chaser" and sending a letter to the given address on the decision letter; what is the next step if nobody from home office or BRP department approaches about the delay other than automated e-mails?

How should someone in this situation proceed to learn about/get the BRP?

Is there an ongoing project about improving waiting times of the ECAA work visa and BRP delivery since people can not travel while applications being completed?
