BRP Processing Times

We're waiting for Shane Brewer to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Home Office,

Can you share the statistics showing the latest average processing
lead time between application received and BRP card sent for the
following 3 types of BRP card:
1. BRP (TOC)
2. BRP (NTL)
3. BRP (RC)?

We would like to know namely the average waiting period for each 1.
- 3. based on the application by post.

Please use the dates from 1st of January 2017 till 1st of September 2017.

Please could I request clarification to your response to point 3 - All other BRP RC average of 51 days.

Would you be able to split this into applications for those applying for ILR as well as applications from those already holding ILR.

Your website and customer service agents state 6 months for applying for a replacement of those already holding ILR. Surely this time is excessive?
