Dear Home Office,
I would like to know how many Biometrical Resident Card's are delayed in delivery at this time and for how long? Which companies are responsible for the delivery of BRP's? and why doesn't the Home Office offer the tracking code so that applicants can track the delivery of their BRP's? I would also like to know where the BRP's are kept in London and specifically in London which company is responsible for delivery.
I am not able to solve a 2-month delayed delivery problem and this information is important so that I can send it to newspapers and NGOs that can help me look for answers about what is happening and find out if this is a problem only with me or with other people and thus contribute to the excellence of this service.
