BRP Delay Statitics/Information - 42 working days waiting
Dear Home Office,
In regards to the Biometric Residence Permit (BRP):
How long, for Tier 2 General, it takes to be sent and delivered to the applicant after their approval?
What is happenening that, after submitting the form that my BRP hasn't arrived, I don't get e-mailed or contacted even tho the Home Office reply implies I will be contacted for the issue to be solved?
When there are problems in the production of a BRP, what is the usual amount of time one needs to wait for the BRP to be produced and delivered?
Which company is responsible for the production of the BRPs and delivery?
I have not received my Biometric Residence Permit for my Tier 2 (General) work permit which was approved on September 1st, 2020 - meanwhile, my husband's BRP, dependent of me, has received his weeks ago.
Yours faithfully,
Luciana Maria Gomes do Nascimento.
