Dear Home Office,
I have not received my Biometric Residence Permit for my Tier 2 (General) work permit which was approved on November 1st, 2016 at the Croydon Premium Service Centre.
My card should have arrived by November 14th (10 working days) and we are now on November 25th and I still do not have any information about my BRP.
I did report the situation on the website as it is recommended.
The BRP delivery team gave me, on Friday 18th November, the following answer to my online report of the card not delivered:
Thank you for your enquiry regarding the delivery of the Biometric Residence Permit (BRP). This has been passed to the caseworker who should contact you directly.
We advise travel arrangements should not be made until after the BRP has been received.
For further information regarding this query you should contact the caseworker directly, caseworker’s details can be found on the decision letter. If a Premium Service Centre (PSC) was attended to receive the outcome of this application, you should contact the PSC attended.
Please note we are unable to provide you with any further details of the caseworker.
Please do not reply to this email.
BRP Delivery Team
I have waited 5 working days now and I still have not heard from anyone about my BRP.
I have no means to directly contact the Croydon Premium Service Center.
Can you tell me how to contact them to understand what has happened to my card since no one has contacted me after 5 working days?
The response from the BRP delivery team suggests that the problem is not related to delivery but to production. So I guess the BRP OA Tech Team should look at my case.
My case ID: 021306013
Please, could you sort my case out?
I need my BRP to start work and I have waited already almost one month.
I would be really grateful if someone could explain me what has happened and fix it.
How can I request for compensation for my lost salary due to this delay of my BRP (I feel particularly disappointed to have paid £500 extra fees to have a quicker service and end up losing salary)
