Dear Stoke on Trent City Council,
On several occasions friends have tried to find if Brownsea Place, Blurton is a private road or wether it is own by the City Council but to no avail.
Recently a couple of parking restriction signs have appear for event day restriction at Britannia but The council have refused to give a answer.
