Dear Mr Richards,
In response to your FOI request relating to the Brown v Canal and River
Trust judicial review, we have published the transcript of the judgement
[1]here on our website. There are other associated documents that we will
publish on our website tomorrow, Thursday 15 May, and send you a link to.
It was our intention to do this before now but unfortunately we have been
prevented from doing so due to technical issues.
Please note, due to legal issues around copyright relating to the court
transcript of the full hearing (as opposed to the ‘approved’ judgment,
referred to above) we are prevented from publishing it in a public forum.
However, rather than withholding the transcript from you completely and to
avoid you having to pay for a copy yourself direct from the transcription
company, we would like to supply you with a copy but in order to do so we
first require your permission to send it to a private e-mail address of
your choice. Please could you confirm whether or not this is acceptable
to you and, if so, the private e-mail address I should send it to?
Yours sincerely
Kelly Radley

Yours sincerely,
Allan Richards
