Dear Mr. Jarvis,

Please accept my apologies for the delay in replying to your enquiry. I am
writing in response to your request for an internal review, dated 23^rd
June 2019.  Your request was in relation to the outstanding elements of
your original request. Specifically, this was question 2 which stated:

2. Please provide details of candidates for councillor local elections for
the past ten years including Name, Party Representing, Number of Votes
Received and whether any Declaration of Interests were made by any
successful candidates. This information is required for the Broughton
Constituency only.

As I intimated in my previous letter, due to the workloads imposed
preparing for the recent EU Election, we were unable to provide the
information for question 2 of your request at the time. Due to backlogs in
work that accrued from elections it is only recently that we have been in
a position to respond to this particular part of the request.

The council’s response is as follows:

Please find attached a copy of the information requested in question 2.

The council considers it has fulfilled your request. If you are
dissatisfied with the way your request has been handled, or wish to appeal
this decision, you may wish to reply direct to this email.
