Dear Ministry of Defence,

Please can you release any documents, records or other documents which could be considered either a strategy or set of guidelines for the British Army's main social media accounts, as listed at https://www.gov.uk/government/organisati...
Furthermore if there are any documents which relate to the impact of digital communications on recruitment via analytics provided via Hootsuite or Google Analytics can you please release them.
Should cost become an issue can you release the latest iterations in each case whilst indicating the further scope of documents you hold.

Yours faithfully,

Harry Raffal

Dear Army Sec-&Group (MULTIUSER),

Thank you for your prompt reply and the Army Digital Strategy you have provided.

In regards to the use of Hootesuite, I note from a previous freedom of information request that the MoD is a user, reference FOI2015/01928 (available at https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/sy...
Can you confirm that the MoD, as opposed to the British Army, has produced no documents which use analytical data from this platform, or googleanalytics, focusing on recruitment?
Furthermore can you inform me if the British Army uses an alternative to either Hootesuite or Googleanalytics and if so release any documents produced in line with the second part of the original request.

Yours sincerely,

Harry Raffal
