GPMS Classification: NOT PROTECTIVELY MARKED

Good Morning Mr Sloan,

With regards to your request for information as detailed below, I wonder
if you could please clarify exactly what information it is that you
require?  At present requesting every document is likely to take your
request over the cost threshold and would therefore be exempt under
section 12 of the Act.  In order for us to provide a useful response,
can you please confirm if there is a particular document or meeting that
you require information regarding.  For your information, over the time
period specified none of the 6 Assistant Chief Constables, nor the Chief
Constable have met with the individual named in your request.  I
am awaiting responses from the Deputy Chief Constables.

Please be advised that your request will be placed on hold until we
receive clarification.

Many thanks for your assistance.

Regards
Claire

Dear Dear Ms Murray,

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION (SCOTLAND) ACT 2002
REFERENCE: IM-FOI-2013-1700

I am requesting the information contained in all agendas and minutes. I am also requesting all the information contained in documents referred to within the agendas and minutes of meetings which fall within scope of the request.

It would appear from the information you have supplied at this time that it would be highly unlikely that the request would exceed the cost limits. However, if for some reason it transpires there have been a great deal of meetings between Police Scotland Deputy Chief Constables and ACC McCall of the British Transport Police which make reference to a significant number of documents, then I would be happy to accept the meeting minutes and agendas on their own. Thereafter I could make a fresh request for the information within any specific documents mentioned therein which appear to be of particular interest.

I look forward to receiving the substantive response from the Police Service of Scotland.

Yours sincerely,
Alistair P Sloan

Although none of the information I had requested was held by the Police Service of Scotland; there has been disclosure of some related information and as a result I have marked it as partially successful.
