Bristol Energy Ltd

We're waiting for Paul Nash to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Public Works Loan Board,

Bristol City Council own a Company called Bristol Energy Ltd. I'm trying to establish how Bristol City Council are funding their yearly losses. Initially BCC suggested they had a loan from the PWLB but now it appears not. Can you please tell me,
1, Did BCC apply to the PWLB for a loan for Bristol Energy Ltd?
2, If so were they offered the loan or was it refused?
3, If they were refused, can I please have the details as to why?

Yours faithfully,
Paul Nash
