For the years 2008, 2009 and 2010 please could you provide a year by year break down of all Charges there have been under the following Acts:

1. Children and Young Persons Act 1933 sect 1
2. Infanticide Act 1938
3. Indecency with Children Act 1960
4. Sexual Offences Act 2003
5. Protection of Children Act 1978 Sect 1
6. Child Abduction Act 1984
7. Domestic Violence Crime and Victims Act 2004 sect 5
11. Mental capacity Act 2005 sect 44

Please could you also state whether the person charged was male or female.
