Dear Sir or Madam,

Please can you provide me with the following information:

1. A copy of any and all applications or bids for funding to Brighton and Hove City Council made by the Brighton Dome & Festival Ltd (charity no 249748) since 2010.

Please send all associated documents if this bid for funding was not made formally.

2. Please send copies of any correspondence between Brighton and Hove City Council and Brighton Dome and Festival Ltd regarding union recognition of BECTU from 2014.

3. Please send copies of Brighton and Hove City Council's policy (whether it be a council resolution, decision by the executive or similar in whatever form) on the living wage.

4. Please send copies of any correspondence between Brighton and Hove City Council and Brighton Dome and Festival Ltd regarding the living wage from 2013 and 2014.

Please treat each of these requests as separate requests under the Freedom of Information Act. If any are not available for any legitimate reason, please send answers to the other queries. If any of these requests are subject to delays, please provide me with the other information that is available as soon as possible. Please also do not disclose my name to any third party (IE Brighton Dome) regarding this request.

Thanks for your help. I understand FOI officers have a hard job with citizens demanding detailed information which is not always easy to find. I appreciate your help in this matter.

Answer 1. There are none, the funding is not applied for annually but instead linked to the lease and operation of the building.
