"Construction of the Grand Avenue Cycle Lane scheme commenced on Monday
14th January 2008 with an approximate construction time of 18 weeks. The
scheme was therefore completed in June 2008. The cost of the scheme was in
the region of -L-1million, with -L-300k of this being an external grant
from Cycling England. "
