1) How many bridges on motorways or A-roads have sections which are in a

2) How many pedestrian and highway bridges have reinforced autoclaved
aerated concrete present within them and their fixtures?

Following your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please
find our responses below

Questions requiring response:
Please note this response is for bridges on A roads on the Local Highway
Network (LHN) within West Berkshire District only. Information on trunk
road and motorway bridges should be obtained from National Highways.

1) How many bridges on motorways or A-roads have sections which are in a
"poor" or "very poor condition"? None on the LHN

2) How many pedestrian and highway bridges have reinforced autoclaved
aerated concrete present within them and their fixtures? None on the LHN

3) In the past three years, how much has been spent on repairing and
upgrading bridge structures to remove reinforced autoclaved aerated
concrete from them? Nothing on the LHN

4) In the past three years, how much has been spent on repairing and
upgrading bridge structures? Approximately £2,000,000.
