Brick by Brick property services contracts

Dear Croydon Borough Council,

Given that Brick by Brick is a council owned company can you please confirm the following:

Brick by Brick have contracted a company called Firstport to provide property services for properties on Sylvan Hill and Auckland Rise

1. How long is this contract for and when will it end?
2. What processes are in place to review the cost effectiveness and quality of service of this company?
3. What processes have the council put in place for the monitoring and renewal of contracts for property services when Brick by Brick is closing in 2024?

Given that Brick by Brick is a council owned company can you please
confirm the following:

Brick by Brick have contracted a company called Firstport to provide

1. How long is this contract for and when will it end? 

Brick by Brick is a separate legal entity and thus this request should be
directed to Brick by Brick to answer since LBC does not hold this

quality of service of this company?

This request should be directed to Brick by Brick to answer since LBC does
not hold this information nor is LBC responsible for the review of Brick
by Brick appointed contractor’s performance.

3. What processes have the council put in place for the monitoring and
renewal of contracts for property services when Brick by Brick is closing
in 2024?

LBC is working with Brick by Brick to establish what contracts will
require renewal in 2024. This review is on-going with likely results known
in Q1 2024.
