This is a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act.
Please pass this request on to the department which deals with electoral
services.

1) I would like to request all internal correspondence and communications
which mentions, or refers to, the Brexit Party.

2) I would also like to request all external correspondence and
communications between the Council and the Brexit Party.

Some information has been withheld because an exemption applies.  The
exemption applied is Section 40(2) by virtue of section 40(3)(A)(i) of the
Freedom of Information Act  i.e. it is personal information of a living
individual, where the disclosure would be in breach of the first principle
of the General Data Protection Regulation Article 5,1(a).

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 this letter acts as
a Refusal Notice for the withheld information.
