Has Nottingham City Council conducted a Brexit impact assessment to assess the consequences of Brexit? If yes, please disclose the content of the assessment. Also, has Nottingham Citu Council prepared a contingency plan to mitigate harm to the local economy? If yes, please disclose the details of the plans.

Dear Ali, thank you for your request for information submitted to Nottingham City Council. Unfortunately the council are unable to process your request in its current form.

Section 8(1)(b) requires that a request for information must include the name of the requester. The ICO advise for a request to be valid, the requester must provide enough of their real name to give anyone reading that request a
reasonable indication of their identity. This means that if the staff processing the request cannot identify the requester from the name provided, that request will be invalid. The ICO specifically advise "a first name or
surname provided in isolation, or a set of initials" will be not be sufficient to meet the requirement under section 8(1)(b) of the Act. In its current form your request is invalid, once you can provide your full name the council can process your request.
