Brexit coverage on radio 4 comedy

stephen hudson made this Freedom of Information request to British Broadcasting Corporation

This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

The request was refused by British Broadcasting Corporation.

Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,

The bbc is often accused of anti brexit bias
To refute this, please give the 2018 figures for how many complaints the bbc radio 4 recieved for pro brexit jokes made on its various comedy programmes

Also could you relay information for the same channel and the same format (comedy) for complaints received regarding anti brexit comments

As you know this should be easy for you to provide due to the efficient and impressive way the bbc auxits its complaints

Yours faithfully,

stephen hudson
