Brexit advertising campaign

Dear Her Majesty's Treasury,
Ahead of the proposed departure from the EU date 31st Oct 2019 it was claimed there was a budget of £100 Million set aside for an advertising campaign for people and businesses to prepare.

With reference to this, can you provide information to answer the 2 following questions?

1) How much of this money was spent?

2) What is the budget for the UK leaving the EU on 31st Jan 2020?

I will have asked the the Dept of Exiting the EU the same question so please let me know if they are best placed to provide this information
