Brent Council's architects phase 2 (2018) brief for Carlton-Granville Centres to Adam Khan Architects

The request was partially successful.

Dear Brent Borough Council,

Given that equal partnership with estate neighbourhood residents in South Kilburn Social Estate new deal year 17 has long been unilaterally landlord collapsed in favour of a for Local profit super prime land fragmentation magic money tree agenda, with utopian estate long established communal land uses UK Land Registry none registered as if never having existed by Brent.

I would like a complete copy the formal Brent Council Phase 2 architects brief for Carlton-Granville Centres as used to direct Adam Khan Architects for phase 2 now in 2018. (Phase 1 is already completed so the brief for this is no longer so useful).

Yours faithfully,

David Walton
