Dear Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service's handling of my FOI request 'Breathing apparatus and entry control board'.

I do not believe a blanket non disclosure is justified. Should your material contain sensitive items then these can be redacted and the bulk of the information released.

Further, the Home Office, NFCC and other fire and rescue services have released similar information so I believe your grounds for FOI exemption are very weak.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/b...

Yours faithfully,

Tim Maidstone
