1) Those who receive their finalised plan within 20 weeks
2) Within 21-36 weeks
3) Within 27-52 weeks

To make the request more specific, please can the data provided be from 2018-2022. Also instead of "Within 27-52 weeks" as mentioned in the first request, can this please be 37-52 weeks.
