Dear NCS FoI,

I am asking for an internal review regarding the refusal of my request.

My request does not ask for personal information, it asks for averages over specific thresholds by department, therefore the only information provided would be department names and average salary for said departments.

Can you please clarify why NCS Trust is refusing to be transparent with a very straight forward and legitimate request?

Yours sincerely,

Christian Chlymer

Dear NCS FoI,

Thank you for your response, I will forward this to the information commissioner's office. It's clear that the National Citizens Service is avoiding this, likely because releasing this information would be determintal to public perception.
