Breakdown of prosecutions brought against PO Employees
Dear Post Office Limited,
With reference to the Freedom of Information request made by Mr Nick Wallis ref [email address] and responded to by yourselves on the 22nd May 2020 ref FOI2020/00186 You supplied a table of prosecutions brought by the Post Office against various types of employed persons working for the Post Office.
Under the column Employee would you please supply me with the breakdown of the various types of employed persons represented in this column. EG how many of the 152 employees prosecuted were a managerial grade, a counter clerk working on a Crown Branch counter or engaged on back office/other duties ?
Also would you state how many of the 152 prosecutions related to a charge of theft or false accounting that relied on Horizon evidence?

Dear Mark Baker,
