I would like to know the breakdown of referrals to the Prevent programme from different parts of the health sector for the years 2016-2017 and 2017-2018.

Ideally I would like this data divided into the smallest organisational units you have, for different sections of healthcare – for example, psychosis units.
I would prefer to receive this information electronically as data set in Excel or csv.
