Breakdown of PCNs issued at the Bartholomew Road and Cornwallis Road LTN filters
Dear Oxfordshire County Council,
I am interested in what times of day are most common for the issue of PCNs for vehicles going through the ANPR filters at Cornwallis Road and Bartholomew Road.
Could you please give me a breakdown of what times of day the PCNs are issued? The smaller the windows of time here the better, but at a minimum, the number in each hour would work for me. The more detail I can have here the better, so if you could give me the class of vehicle (car, motorbike, types of HGV) that would be great.
Please provide this information as a CSV. A reasonable format would be
Time at start of interval, Number of cars, Number of Motorbikes, Number of vans up to 3500Kg, Number of vans up to 7500Kg, etc
I would also be interested in whether the rate of issue of PCNs is changing. If you give me all the information above I can calculate that myself.
Thanks in advance for your help,
Duncan Parkes

Dear Oxfordshire County Council,
Please could you advise on what info is available to you about PCNs without opening up each one individually. There is presumably a list of the 20,000 or so PCNs so far issued - what details does that list contain about individual PCNs?
Yours faithfully,
Duncan Parkes
