Thank you for your email dated 29^th December 2020 making a request under
the Freedom of Information Act (2000). Please find attached a leaflet
outlining the FOI Act.

Please can you clarify my below query in red;

1. Please provide a breakdown of where Covid 19 infections were contracted
within the health board for the period 1st to 24th. December 2020. I.E.
Within schools, hospitals, bars and restaurants or other retail premises.
– where you refer to “within the health board” are you referring to on
Health Board sites (e.g. hospitals etc) or are you referring to anywhere
within the Health Board area (Neath Port Talbot and Swansea)?

Please note due to urgent operational responses in dealing with COVID-19
your request for information may be delayed. We apologise for any
