Dear Police Scotland,
Please provide a detailed analysis and basis of calculation for the following amounts charged by Police Scotland (or previous regional police forces) to DF Concerts over the period 2004 to 2013 plus provide details on amount and basis charged to DF Concerts in 2014.
Please provide all correspondence relating to the re-charge of costs to DF Concerts including details of any amounts that were reduced resulting in lower payments from DF Concerts to Police Scotland
The amounts that were recharged to DF Concerts and required to be analysed are

In addition please provide details of why the 2013 re-charge of £466,000 was reduced by £66,452 compared to 2012 given that reported crimes in 2013 were higher than those in 2012.
