Breakdown of costs and statistics associated with the UCLan Moves+ programme
Dear University of Central Lancashire,
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am requesting information regarding the UCLan Moves+ programme and app operated by the University.
Please provide all data from the programme's inception up to the date you receive this request. Where applicable, please ensure all financial and statistical data is broken down by academic year (e.g., 2022/23, 2023/24, etc.).
Specifically, I request the following information:
1. A breakdown of all costs paid to the external operator and developers of the Moves+ programme. Please include, but do not limit this to, any initial setup fees, ongoing annual or monthly service fees, and any charges for support or modifications.
2. The total cost to the University for providing rewards to users, broken down by category (e.g., free hot drink redemptions, food items, merchandise, sports memberships, competition rewards, etc.).
3. The total number of registered users on the platform, with a breakdown between staff and students, if this demographic data is held.
4. The total number of rewards redeemed by users, broken down by the same categories as in point 2 (e.g., hot drinks, food items, merchandise, sports memberships, competition entries, etc...).
5. A breakdown of any other direct costs incurred by the University as a result of operating the programme, such as internal staff time for market research, testing, or administration, if this information is recorded.
