Breach of the DPA(18) by council statutory officers in failing to respond to FOI requests concerning the conduct of Cllr Morris Bright.

The request was refused by Hertsmere Borough Council.

Dear Hertsmere Borough Council,
Pleae pass onto the councils statutory officers Mr Harvey Patterson and Sajida Bijle to answer all outstanding FOI's concerning the conduct of Cllr Morris Bright in relation to expense claims made to Elstree Film Studios and the council, undeclared income received by Cllr Bright from the conservative party and the misuse of public assets for political purposes by Cllrs Bright, Morris and Clapper and proivde copies of all communications by the councils statutory officers outlining why they have failed to respond to these FOI's. For clarity the outstanding FOI's referred to in this FOI are listed on this web site "Whatdotheyknow"but should include any other FOI's that emanate from elsewhere that have also not been answered within the requriements of the ICO and the DPA(18)
