Breach Of My Human Rights

The request was refused by HM Treasury.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have been affected personally by section 58 of the Finance Act 2008 and, according to Parliament's Human Rights committee, this may have breached my human rights.

I would therefore like to request all of the information you have on this section of the Finance Act.

Yours faithfully,

N.Walker

Dear Sir or Madam,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

Your reply is simply the same information already available and previously stated under parliamentary questioning on government websites. It does nothing to reinforce that any consideration was given to the Human Rights question. It is indeed in the public interest to ensure that all and any legislation has been carefully considered from a Human Rights angle and that this consideration can be proven.

I am still requesting a more detailed answer to the Human Rights question.

Yours faithfully,

neil walker
