I am writing to ask for the immediate publication by the Planning Director of the ‘Breach of Condition Notice’ that has been served on the management at Beacon Park Golf Course, Serco. West Lancashire MP Rosie Cooper reported she has had confirmation from West Lancashire Borough Council that they have served a ‘Breach of Condition Notice’ on the management at Beacon Park Golf Course. The breach of condition notice relates particularly to the profiling of a part of the course.

Thank you for your email of 29 May where you requested publication of a Breach of Condition Notice in respect of land at Beacon Park Golf Centre.
Whilst there is no requirement to publish copies of Breach of Condition / Enforcement Notices served by the Council I can advise that basic details of such notices are available online at
