Dear West Lancashire District Council,
I am writing to ask for the immediate publication by the Planning Director of the ‘Breach of Condition Notice’ that has been served on the management at Beacon Park Golf Course, Serco. West Lancashire MP Rosie Cooper reported she has had confirmation from West Lancashire Borough Council that they have served a ‘Breach of Condition Notice’ on the management at Beacon Park Golf Course. The breach of condition notice relates particularly to the profiling of a part of the course.

Whilst there is no requirement to publish copies of Breach of Condition / Enforcement Notices served by the Council I can advise that basic details of such notices are available online at

You can access the details of this case via the above link. Firstly, select the Enforcements tab and type Enforcement Reference E/2015/0223/BCN then click the Search button at the bottom of the page. The resulting page provides a Summary of enforcement details with further information under the Related Items tab>Breach of Condition Notice (see screen shots attached).
