I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information.

Would you please send me an up to date version of your Brand Guidelines / Standards.

How much does the council spend on the branding it uses?

How much does the council spend on marketing per annum?

If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request.

If you can identify any ways that my request could be refined I would be grateful for any further advice and assistance.

information about our branding and marketing.  We have now completed
searching for the information you requested.


The information, which can be disclosed, is:


·         How much does the council spend on the branding it uses? – Our
branding design and implementation is carried out in house with no
additional cost the authority.


·         How much does the council spend on marketing per annum? - The
amount available for marketing campaign spend in the 2020/21 budget is

Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), as the information constitutes third

satisfied.  Under the FOI Act disclosure of this information would breach
the fair processing principle contained in the Data Protection Act (DPA),
