Bradshaws Terms of Engagement
Dear Doncaster Borough Council,
Dear Sir/Madam,
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am writing to request information regarding the nature and terms of engagement between Doncaster Council and the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA) with Bradshaws in relation to the independent review of Doncaster Sheffield Airport. Specifically, I seek the following details:
The terms of engagement or contract agreed upon with Bradshaws for conducting the independent review of Doncaster Sheffield Airport, including the scope of work, objectives, and deliverables outlined in any formal agreement.
The dates during which Bradshaws was engaged to carry out this review, including the start date and, if applicable, the completion date.
Any correspondence (e.g., emails, letters, or meeting minutes) between Doncaster Council, SYMCA, and Bradshaws that outlines the purpose, methodology, or expectations of the independent review.
Details of the procurement process used to appoint Bradshaws for this review, including whether it was a competitive tender or a direct appointment, and the justification for their selection.
The total cost or agreed budget for Bradshaws’ services in relation to this review, including any breakdown of fees or expenses.
For clarity, I am requesting this information from both Doncaster Council and SYMCA, as applicable, to understand the respective roles and contributions of each authority in this engagement. If any of the requested information is held solely by one authority, please indicate this in your response.
I look forward to your response within the statutory 20 working days, as required under the Act. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
Yours faithfully,
Wai M Yau
