Re: Freedom of Information Act 2000 - Request for Information

 

Thank you for your email dated 19 December 2017, which was received by
West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service 19 December 2017, requesting the
following information:

 

“Would to Request the list of Appliances that attend  the fire on Rebecca
Street, Bradford on 19 Dec 17 please”

 

West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service acknowledges receipt of your
request and confirms that it will respond to you with the information it
holds, unless the information is covered by one of the exemptions in the
Act. We will respond to you as soon as possible, and in any event within
the 20 working days required by the Freedom of Information Act 2000, in
the manner requested. Accordingly, we will respond with the information
that you have requested by 18 January 2017.

 

In some circumstances a fee may be payable and if that is the case, I will
let you know. A fees notice will be issued to you, and you will be
required to pay before we will proceed to deal with your request.

Although you may request any information we hold, there are a few
